During this immersive, hands-on cocktail experience, you'll craft three iconic NYC classics while discovering the fascinating stories behind the bars, bartenders, and neighborhoods that made them famous.

Guided by one of our expert bartenders, you'll learn the techniques, ingredients, and history that transformed New York into the cocktail capital of the world. From pre-Prohibition classics to modern innovations, you'll master the balance, shaking, stirring, citrus preparation, dilution, garnish techniques, and presentation used by professional bartenders every day.

Your experience also includes a curated selection small plate bites. Between every guided cocktail session, we'll pause for relaxed social breaks, giving you time to enjoy your drinks, connect with friends, and meet fellow cocktail enthusiasts in an intimate setting.
